*Over the last few years, MassNAELA leaders have noticed overlap between the Public Policy and Litigation committees, as the same issues were discussed in both committees’ meetings. Going forward, instead of two separate meetings, there will be one combined meeting where all interested members work on an issue together.
These Advocacy Meetings will occur in the same time block as prior meetings, from 2:30 to 5:30. The first part of the meeting will consist of reports from various workgroups, and the second part will be a working meeting for the groups. There will be two rotations, providing each member the chance to work on one issue for about an hour and the second issue for about an hour. Comments and suggestions are welcome and may be brought to Patricia Keane Martin (email@example.com) who is leading this initiative.
All Chapter members are invited to join the new Advocacy Committee meeting and join a workgroup.
