The Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (MassNAELA) is a professional association of attorneys who are dedicated to improving the quality of legal services provided to individuals as they age and those with special needs in the Commonwealth.
With approximately 450 members, MassNAELA is the largest state chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
Members benefit from the unique, cooperative atmosphere of MassNAELA which affords networking and practice development opportunities for elder law and special needs attorneys.
Experienced elder law and special needs attorneys, attorneys new to elder law and special needs, and new attorneys benefit from a sharing of practice tips and strategies, and other ideas for professional development.
Members work closely with other organizations dedicated to serving elders and individuals with special needs and their families. Members are actively engaged in and making legal services more accessible to all clients and can pursue opportunities to influence legal reform and public policy.
As a member of MassNAELA, you become a member of the premier provider of legal advocacy, education, guidance and services in Elder Law and Special Needs in the Commonwealth.
