The Chapter Newsletter
Our newsletter helps members stay current on issues that affect their clients, such as MassHealth and Medicare eligibility, disqualifying transfers of assets, available community-based services, adult guardianships, nursing home resident rights, regulation of long-term care insurance and estate planning concerns. Helpful summaries of court decisions, fair hearing decisions and legislative and regulatory changes are included, as well as tips for running your practice effectively and efficiently.

By subscribing to the chapter and national listservs, members can draw on the collective expertise of elder law practitioners across the state and around the country. Whether seeking substantive law guidance or recommendations for office software, members benefit every day from the ability to post inquiries via email to an entire network of elder law colleagues.
Reduced Tuition
Members are entitled to reduced tuition at seminars and meetings sponsored by MassNAELA or co-sponsored by MassNAELA. The annual Chapter dues may be completely recouped through these reduced prices available to members throughout the year.

Educational Opportunities
Regular meetings, Chapter newsletters and the Chapter listserv are simply the best way to stay abreast of elder law developments in the state. Opportunity to Serve
Members are eligible to vote for and serve as officers and directors of the Massachusetts Chapter, a M.G.L. chapter 180 nonprofit organization, and to serve on vital committees of the Chapter.
